Ensure your wedding day goes perfectly with our day of coordination service. Our experienced coordinator will manage all logistics to ensure a smooth and stress-free event. What's Included? Planning & Preparation: • Initial 25-minute wedding consultation • Customized wedding planning timeline tailored to your day, priorities, and vision • Scheduled planning meetings (virtual or in-person) beginning 3–6 months before the wedding • Detailed wedding day timeline creation that actually makes sense and flows like champagne • Vendor communication and management so you don't have to track down a single DJ, florist, or cousin with a key • Venue walkthrough to finalize details and event flow Rehearsal Support: • One-hour ceremony rehearsal direction so everyone knows where to stand without panic whispering Wedding Day Coordination: • Full wedding day management for up to 8 hours • Additional wedding day coverage available upon request Need additional services? Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below: Consultations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled 25-minute consultation. No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation. Post-Consultation Services: Once the initial 25-minute consultation has been completed and additional services have been selected or purchased, those services are non-refundable due to the time and preparation involved. Please email butterflyblissjm@gmail.com to schedule your free 25-minute consultation. A consultation is required before any additional services are booked. Non-Refundable Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it reserves your date exclusively and compensates for declined bookings. Cancellation 30 Days Before Wedding Date: If you cancel your services 30 days or less prior to your scheduled wedding date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package price will be collected. The non-refundable deposit is included within this 100% and will not be returned. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at butterflyblissjm@gmail.com The cancellation date is determined by the date the written notice is received.
